With thousands of people now adding Hydrogen on Demand to their vehicles trying to cut down on their fuel bills what has become known as the “hho dry cell”
has become very popular.
You can buy these hho dry cells everywhere, or you can by a complete hho dry cell kit that comes with all the gadgets to install the system complete.
With thousands of these hho generator kits already installed around the world the same two questions seem to keep popping up.
What do I need to do to maintain my hho dry cell ?
What happens if I run my hho dry cell kit out of water ?
The maintenance on your Hydrogen on Demand system is really very simple if everything is installed correctly and adjusted right. It basically consists of checking the water levels, checking the dry cell for leaks and checking the hoses for leaks.
I can take a 700 mile trip and use approximately 2 cups of electrolyte mix.
It is very important to maintain a water level of at least 1qrt and I recommend you check it every 500 miles. I use a two quart reservoir on my hho kit,
this gives me some lead way in case I forget to check it at 500 miles. At the same time I check the hoses for any visible leakage and make sure
all connections are good.
The only part of the hho cell that needs replacement are the o-rings, the time between replacement will vary depending on how hot the cell runs over time
