When people see a professional looking Web site, offering what seems to be useful advice, they tend to believe it.
However, it is actually easy and very inexpensive to set up a web site. It is also easy to create a bogus identity for yourself on a web page.
For instance, let?s pretend that I am a dishonest Internet Marketer (Slick Larry). I have an expensive (but useless) product that I am selling to newbies.
So I set up a new Web site. I call it Honest John?s Internet Marketing Reviews.
My home page starts out like this:
Don?t you just hate all those Internet scams? Me too. In the last three years, I spent thousands of dollars on Internet Marketing products that turned out to be useless. I was so angry that I created this site, just so that other people won?t go through the same pain that I did.
Our staff has reviewed hundreds of opportunities, and selected the few that are worthwhile.
The site then presents a list of ?recommended? products and business opportunities. I make sure that at least one of the recommended products is owned by me, Slick Larry.
This is a great trick! The average surfer is going to believe ?Honest John?.

The reason many people believe exercise to be helpful in

you exercise vigorously for longer than 20 minutes, your
body floods with endorphins. These chemicals give us a buzz,
and this is why it is widely believed that exercise can cure
stress, depression or anxiety.
If you’re suffering a stressful or depressive episode,

Exercise, though great for our bodies, simply doesn’t do

My friend Jim and I were flying to Columbus, Ohio to watch the University of Washington Huskies play the Buckeyes in football (we lost). I called the president of the Columbus Rotary Club and explained about our trip. I was immediate past-president of my club, and Jim was going to be president the following year.
The Columbus president met us for drinks our first night in town. We talked about our clubs and compared projects and operations.

Performance
The Intel Core Duo allows the MacBook Pro the ability to use the power of two processors on one chip. What this means is that the performance of the machine is doubled, while it only needs to power one processor. The front side bus at 667Hz, which Apple says “runs faster than any pervious Mac notebook,” allows for graphics to be switched between 2D and 3D.
iSight
There is a built in iSight camera, so that you may video conference around the world use the iChat software.
Overall
The Mac Book Pro was a great machine.

In part nine of this series on home security, I am going to giver you a list of things to watch out for to help in spotting possibly suspicious people, its surprising how regularly we miss rather obvious signs that should put us on our guard.
1. Somebody going from house to house, this is particularly suspicious if, once a few homes have been visited, one or more of the people go into a back or side yard. It is even more suspicious if another remains in the front when this occurs. It may be that they are looking for a house to burglarize, or there could be a burglary in progress.
2. If somebody is waiting around in front of a home this becomes very suspicious if you know the homeowners are away.
